Changing App Top bar colors???

Hi everyone, im kinda new here. I have a friend and he changed the top bar thing on everypne of his applications. He said he downloaded something on his computer to change it by going and changing every app's top bar manually. Just to make sure when i mean top bar I mean that when you turn on an app the blue bar thing that usually says the name of the app of page you are on. My friend changed that to red and he could change it to any other color. Anybody know how you can do that???

Im pretty sure you are going to have to SSH into your iPhone to do that.
