iPod touch apps won't open?
Yeah...so, whenever I click on an app it doesn't open. The icon dims, but before it can even start, it automatically closes out.I have reset it twice already, and I even unjailbroke it.
Nothing's working...except for Springboard apps and cracked apps. I even paid for MGS Touch just to test it out, but it didn't open either. Any help? I'm on 3.1.2 JB.

Try putting it into recovery, and than a clean restore to 3.0 and than reupgrade to 3.1.2

If you wanna thank me hit "Thanks" in the lower right of my post. If you think that I am a useless git feel free to say so.

A friend had the same problem. A full restore without syncing from backup fixed the problem on the same firmware.

Ugh....I really don't want to have to do an unbackup'd restore. Is there any other way you know of?

Have a look at this page:
Read this If your App WON'T RUN ANYMORE
This may be an alternative to having to restore.

It's a permissions issue. Best way is as suggested above. Restore, set the phone up as NEW.. then sync all your apps.
