Im having a problem....when I push the home button to go back to hompage where apps etc are I'm getting a box that shows song that is currently playing. Also when I try to power down I'm not getting the slider bar to power off. I hope someone can help....THANKS
The music "pop-up" is for when you double-click the Home button. Do you accidentally double-click the Home button (to your knowledge) or do you hold it? How long do you wait until you give up on the Power button to bring about the power slider? Have both of these been prevalent for a while, or are they recent? If recent, did you install anything or change a setting?
