How To- Jailbreak without Jailbreak software (For those who have problems JBing)

Follow these steps and you will have your device JBen in less than 3 mins

Edit- This is just for the-
iPhone1G - iPhone 2G - iPhone 3G
iPod Touch 1G - iPod Touch 2G

(There might be a 3GS, but I don't know.)
(Sorry iPod Touch 3G users, your device is to new and theirs no Pwnage Tool to make any firmwares for you)

1. Google- (in this order)
Your device, Generation, Firmware version you wish, Custom Firmware

EX-
iPod Touch 2G 3.1.2 Custom Firmware
iPhone 3G 3.1.2 Custom Firmware

Select your firmware you wish-
(You must have a firmware that installs Cydia, try not to get RockApp or Icy-As most repo's do not work for them.)

(Try not to download torrent files, these are BAD. And illegal >)

2. Download it, and put it somewhere onto your on your desktop.

3. (This is for windows users only) (My MacBook hasn't arrived yet) (Arg!)
For this you must show hidden files (just Google on how to show hidden files)

Computer-> Local Disk (Your main hardrive)-> Users -> (Current Username)-> AppData-> Roaming-> Apple Computer-> iTunes-> iPodSoftware Updates *I don't know if it will show iPhone software updates if you have an iPhone, but it should still work*

4. Then right click on your custom firmware from your desktop, and cut it into this folder.

5. Open up iTunes and shift+click on restore then select your custom firmware that you downloaded.

After that, your done let it finish restoring and BADA BING! Your set. Enjoy your now JB device. No JB software needed.
