You don't need this right??

Do you need SkrewCommon or vWallpaper installed on your iPod to use the vWallpaper available on this site or in Cydia, I have one I used here and I did what the great member said and it worked but I thought you do need them but I guess not, if this is correct please let me know? I assume that the SkrewCommon/vWallpaper is just to use what comes with them right? Also if I have my iPod Touch set to go off in 2min. and I am using the vWallpaper, should it not shut off in the 2mins.? I just downloaded another one, the Jessica Alba (Sin City) one and it won't shut off after the 2min. either??
