hhow to get internet on ipod touch using an internet connection from a iphone

just was wondering my mother has a ipod touch 2g jailbroken has cydia wanted to know if there was an app where ican use the internet from an iphone to the ipod touch making the ipod touch to receive the signal from the iphone if any one can help much appreciated

You're looking for ad-hoc internet sharing from the iPhone to your iPod Touch. I don't know of anything like that. The only way I can think of sharing the iPhone's internet, is to tether it to a computer with wireless and share it's connection. Why don't you just get internet and a wireless router?
