2. Nobody HACKED the touch (according to the article) That was the way the guy got it out of the box.
3. Umm.... Where did you even get the radio part from?
4. This just shows that the diagnostic screen says there is no bluetooth enabled. (keep in mind, if there IS NO BLUETOOTH then it would say it's not enabled now wouldn't it.)
it is possible there is disabled bluetooth in the touch, but most likely they use the same diagnostic software on both the touch and the iphone (which has bluetooth)
The only reason I'm thinking it actually might have bluetooth is because the low-battery indicator also has a red X over it. Doesn't mean it doesn't have a battery, it just isn't charged. Similarly, it might have bluetooth too, just not activated.
