After i uninstalled touchroll i shutdown my ipod and tryed to restart it but it is stuck with the apple on the screen and wont change. Help?

Put the device into DFU mode:
1. Turn the device off
2. Hold the power and home buttons for 10 seconds exactly
3. Release the power button but continue holding the home button until it is detected by your computer
4. Restore

no you don't have to restore. Go to ipod touch jailbreaking/downgrading, and keep scrolling down and going back pages to find a post that's titled "how to prevent iPod touch from being frozen at bootscreen". Sorry I would link it but I'm doing this from my iPod.
