Default [How to] Trade in your old touch for a new one

note: you need a warranty for this.
I have not done this yet because I am waiting for the 2g to be jailbroken. When it is though, I will use the same technique I use on my 2g nano to upgrade it.

    1. Restore to factory settings
    2. Go to the store you got it at
    3. Tell them you want to replace it and make up a software problem. Say you tried restoring but it kept happening.
    4. They'll say they don't have any more in stock but can give you the new version if you want.
    5. Act disappointed and say okay.

However, you HAVE to wait 2-3 weeks to be sure they don't have any old ones in stock. I'm waiting anyway because I want the firmware to be jailbroken.
