Problem Syncing apps

I can sync everything to my iPod except for the apps. I am running 2.0 and as soon as the apps get done syncing it comes up with an error (0xE8000001) which as I have read is a problem where iTunes doesn't communicate with the ipod correctly. I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem when trying to sync apps.

I still get this problem from time to time...i just kept on re-sync..and sometimes it went thru the second time.
Reboot iTunes and resync....try that.

Sometimes this happens to me too. You can do what he said ^^^^^ but i personally just delete the app from iTunes and redownload it from iTunes.

Try to reboot both your iPod and the computer.

Also, upgrade to 2.0.2.

Also, you could have downloaded not a real firmware off of the internet. It could be a fake and not have all of the components. Or you can restore
