Topic need to know asap any where through cydia?

In Cydia under the Sections tab.

but none specified for ipod touch

They all work with iPod Touch. Except for the iPhone specific stuff such as 3G icons or
SMS Balloons, those will install fine but you won't see those changes because the iPod doesn't use that stuff.
I have an iPod Touch and for now every theme works fine

well the themes i wanted did not work for it,anyway how can i use this vista theme here?

Did you install Winterboard and select a theme in it?
Under Themes(SpringBoard) in Cydia are 2 Vista themes.

is it in Customize 2.0?

If it is, and you got +2.0 firmware, it wont work without summerboard
