I dont see downloaded Installer 4 apps

Hello everyone,

I recently jailbreaked my ipod touch firmware 2.0.1 with winpwn 2.0.0.4. I installed both cydia and installer 4 beta. Everything works great except installer, at least i think so (first time i worked with installer) Ive downloaded some apps from diff sources with installer but they dont appear on the desktop. Is this an error or should i look somewhere else? I can see them when i do "Installer > Categories > Installed Packages" but thats just for information.

I hope u guys can help me!
