Default Time and Date are wrong

Earlier today i noticed the time was a few hours ahead, so I went to settings and fixed it. There, I also noticed the date was July 31.

A few minutes ago I AGAIN noticed the time was wrong. I went and fixed it again, where i noticed the date was now August 2.

    WTF is wrong?!

I have a Jailbroken iPod Touch with 2.0 Firmware incase that matters.

Does it seem to be random or are you doing anything (changing options/apps) between the times you notice that they are wrong. How long do the times stay correct?
