I lost all icons from my springboard :( help me plz!

i have installed program named "Categories" and i lost all icons from my ipod touch
what can i do ?
a can access to my ipod from "CuteFtp pro" and i can change files
but i don`t know what i need to change for fixing this problem

can i change somthing from there ?

i need only run this program "Categories" to fix it
how i can run this program in my iPod from my computer ?

Do you have SSH on your iPod?
I also find it quite odd that when you install Categories that ALL of your icons disappear, that is very peculiar.
