Music App Crash while using apple dock

this is ipod touch version 2.0 build 5a347 pwned.
when i have my ipod touch in my dock connected to a charger and stereo, sometimes it asks me "display on tv?" and its not in video app..? also if i go back to springboard and open another app it hangs for a bit then the music stops.
anyone else experiencing this
