Wiggle feature not working on 1.1.4 + how do i add iphone apps??

Title says it all really. ive installed 1.1.4 and cant seem to get the wiggle feature working + iphone apps.
I found a thread in this forum that states i need to add ispazio to my sources and install "1.1.3/4 iPod Full Features" (which would add wiggle and iphone apps), but its not showing up in installer.
is there another method to get these features installed??
