how to add installed themes from this site?

Hey guys, im am new here on modmyi.com and i was wondering, after i downloaded a few of the themes , how do I get it on my ipod touch?

I am using a Mac OSX system so any of you mac experts pls help .

Anything would be appreciated .

You could use Fugu or Transmit to ssh into your touch to put the themes on.
