So I found this site a few days ago that had a tutorial on how to extract the .jar files on the ipod touch into a folder full of .pngs so you could edit them and then but them back into the .jar file and be able to do a complete recoloration of the ipod I was wondering if anyone had a link to this site or a link to another tutorial that would to the same thing.
