can anyone get the 2.0 software for itouch? when i go to the ipod page(Apple - iPod touch - What’s New) it says download 2.0 here for 9.95 ect. so i clicked it and my itunes said "we canot complete your itunes request." wats wrong?

I have had the same issue. I believe it has something to do with the fact that everybody with an iphone or ipod touch is on iTunes today, and so it is kind of overloaded. There are reports of iTunes crashing constantly in the Apple store, so now they are just sending their customers home to activate.
