i jus got the itouch and i was curious bout the wifi network thing.......i clicked on wifi and it tells me choose a network but the network thats an option needs a password.......it may be a stupid question but is there a way to get that password?? are there free wifi connections??

Go ask the owner of the password protected router. I'm sure he'd be more than glad to give you the password so you can leech off his WiFi connection. After all, that's why he has a password on the damned thing.

well their is but not with the ipod, come on people learn a little its not like wifi is everywhere and the password is so that you dont connect to it thats why people lock or close their doors so that you dont come in, same with wifi its just locking your access to the internet, ir you really want to know then google for a wep packet sniffer, and it may not work and may take a few days or weeks depending on traffic
