can't move apps with wiggle feature

my apps wont move on the front screen with the wiggle feature. The wiggle feature doesn't work

A restore won't do you any good unless you restored to 1.1.3 or 1.1.4. The "wiggle" feature was introduced after the 1.1.2 firmware.

I tried that however it didn't work for me

note: I downloaded the "AppSupport Patch (1.1.4)*

Was that right thing to download?

that's all it is?? I have the same problem with the 8gb iPod touch too. it's on 1.1.4 jailbroken.. no workie

I'm new the iphone and im trying to download the 1.14 so that my apps will wiggle, however, when i put in the link above i just get an index, what am i supposed to download?

Any help would be much appreciated.
