iPod icon?

Hi, I have a bit of a problem. It isn't really important, just a tiny bit annoying. I have the ipod icon instead of the music and videos, but whenever I restart my ipod, it moves out of where I keep it in the dock, and creates another page of icons and moves there, leaving me with 3 icons on the dock. So, whenever I turn it on, I have to move the icon with wiggler, then the next time it restarts, it is in the same spot as before. Does anybody have any ideas?

what did you use to merge the music/video to ipod? plus how did you resolve it? I'm still having issues getting the 'wiggler' to work on my jailbroken 1.1.4 iPod
