vista perfection 3.0

okay so im new to ssh-ing and i just downloaded vista perfection 3.0. i need to ssh the files into my ipod but i dont know where to put some of them!
it says read detailed instructions in each folder but some of them dont have instructions.
would someone please tell me where each individual file goes? help is seriously appreciated

Oh i was talking about where to put the theme. Just download Vista perfection from cydia on your ipod/iphone. Or it may actually be in the downloads section of this site.

ok so i have the vista perfection and no one really answered the question what do you do with it afterwards?

SSH into you phone or ipod, and place the theme into /Library/Themes. Then enable it in Winterboard.

okay to ssh you need winscp here is the link:SourceForge.net: WinSCP: Downloading ... so once you get it install now once you do check on your ipod touch in settings in wifi section look at the connection and find ip address and put this into the field in winscp where it says host name then your username is root and password is alpine and login and press yes to anything it says, now you know how to ssh into it
