Question about screen shots.

Is there a way to retrieve screen shots taken with Capture on my iPod with out SSH?
Or is there another screen shot app that can do it?

I use boss prefs and enabled the screenshot mode and they go into my camera roll section with all my camera pics.

I have an iPod touch not an iPhone, therefore I don't have a camera roll section. If I do have camera roll, I have no idea where it is.

Sorry about that. I didn't know that the touch didn't have a camera.
