HELP!!! with costomize 1.1.4

okay so i recently downloaded customize on my 1.1.4 ipod touch. it loads up perfectly fine but when i select any of the options, such as battery icon, power bar, ipod bar, etc. i dont have any options to choose from. what should i do?
i cant ssh so thats not an option

Did u get the "suid lib fix" thru the installer? Try that.

alright i installed that but still whenever i click on one of the differant things to customize it comes up empty. like it gives me no options to choose from. =/

What version of Customize do u have? 2.0 or the older version? I personally like the older version better because the file structure was much easier to work with.

because thats like the only on ei could find that would work with 1.1.4

That is the current version I am running. I prefer it to 2.0 because it has a more direct file structure.....and a heck of a lot easier to work with.

Ok, in order for this to work, u need to be able to ssh into your phone.

Have u done any ssh-ing into your phone?

i used cute ftp pro once or twice to ssh themes onto my ipod but it stopped working. i tried to mess around with winspc or whatever but idk if it works either.

If u can ssh, follow these steps.

1) go to var/root/library and create a "customize" folder

2) now if u open up customize, u should now see all your customize folders (wifi images, battery, etc.)....if not, go to next step

3) create a sub-folder in your "customize" folder.....for instance, "wifi images"....again, your folders should now show


That's it!!!!! You're done!
