***HELP*** Files are missing!! cant SSH

Ok so i jailbreak my ipod touch 1.1.4 (16 gig) for about the third time, and this time i tried Ziphone, it worked great until i went to SSH into my ipod.
So some of the files are missing that i need. I used total commander because i dont have a wifi connection. And when i look in my ipod, theres a whole bunch of specific folders i need...check out the picture, if anybody has this problem or knows how to fix plz pm me...i really need to SSH!
