Has anyone got the mail app to work with a yahoo acount? I have tried it a dozen times and it says that I have the wrong username and or password for the acount. Any help will be apretiated. Thanx.

i think it has something to do with the fact that yahoo wont allow access to imap servers and you need yahoo plus for pop

Have you recently jailbroke your phone? if so you need to activate youtube there are several methods, just use the search in the forum.

I dont think youtube has anything to do with mail.app

you must be reading something wrong, he just wants to get access to yahoo mail on his touch like any other but i already said why he can't but you can just get it by going to mail.yahoo.com via safari

You should just try again later...as I just set up my yahoo account on my iphone and it worked fine...Yahoo and apple have an agreement to have imap for iphones automatically...nothing additional to pay for

I had to manually type settings with the "other" option and this is how i did it...
