New Computer Syncing

Hi, I have an ipod touch, jailbroken, with a lot of apps. It is currently synced to an old computer, which we just bought a replacement for. We will be getting rid of the old one. When I sync it to the new computer, will I lose my apps and music? if so, is there any way to prevent this? This is a problem because I have been using my school's wi-fi for about 5 minutes a day for several months to get these.
Well, I have to go now, but I'll check this thread in the morning.

^What he said. But I'm sure there's a way to restore your music, too.
