_Restore.ipsw

Hello. Can anyone help me? I'm jailbreaking a new UK phone. I've downloaded the 1.1.1 firmware to downgrade, and the instructions warm to check that the file ends with _Restore.ipsw, and to rename if it doesn't. But which file? The folder I have includes three dmg's and some other stuff, none of which has the _Restore.ipsw extension. Whihc is the file I should point iTunes towards?
