I am looking for a chat client where I can connect to AIM, YAHOO and MSN. I cant seem to find a decent one. I want something I can install onto the IPOD TOUCH

Try out MobileChat. Add this source in Installer:
twenty08.com/installer
Now hit the install tab and scroll down to Twenty08. Install MobileChat, and you should be good to go. I'm pretty sure MobileChat works with all of those, except maybe Yahoo....
