iTouch apps randomly crashing

so i have an iTouch running 1.1.1 and i noticed that lately more or less suddenly, my apps will crash. mainly mail safari, apollo and sometimes installer. it doesnt happen all the time but lets say 3 outta 5 times it crashes...any ideas?

Go into SummerBoard, and turn off the Auto-Dim feature.

same here

mine is the same but some time it dont let me get into lockbox and others as well, and also cant install new update or other file ,it keeps on kicking me back to home screen.please help . with detail instruction not too smart with these stuff. thanks again to all people here.

Also, install BSD Subsystem. Apparently that has an effect on some apps.

Thanks that worked great! As soon as I turned off auto dim my problems stopped thanks.
