Some of the theme icons dont show up..?

I downloaded couple themes off.. and tried them on the SMBPrefs.. the docks and the background works and some of the icon works, but other icons just stay default.. so its really ugly and i am forced to stay with the default theme... any idea how to fix

Yes, I do.

SSH into your iPod and go to /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app and change the folder's and everything in it to have permissions of 777.
Respring your iPod, reapply a theme, and it should work.
