OK i made some silly mistakes taht I CAN"T TAKE BACK and i need to get back to ground zero

I saw a new weather native app so i being naive just dragged that application i downloaded from

To my application folder ( using IFuntastic 4.6.1) and it replaced my old weather.app. Surprise surprise ... my old weather was gone and the new one didn't work. I go out and found the Original weather.app from a location and drag it back to the folder after deleting the one that didn't work and now the Original file doesn't work.

Do i need to update a .plist someplace or will i never be able to use my Weather again?

try deleting the weather.app in the applications folder on the itouch and then drag the old one into the apps folder
