Can somebody please tell me how can i tether iphone without wifi. I have windows laptop which does not have the wifi feature. i am runing firmware 1.0.2.

I purchased a new iPhone about 2 days ago and tried to unlock it. AnySim 1.1 crapped out on me and using this tutorial and a few others I put together this tutorial on how to completely virginize a bricked stock 1.1.1 iPhone:
