Well, if you want the notes app, then either buy the January Update (not recommened) or else, enter this source:

Into the Installer apps sources' list. Then, scroll down (in the install tab) to iPhone Apps, followed by whatever firmware you are using. Then install the package inside there. Let your iPod lock. Unlock it. Voila! You now have ALL of the iPhone Apps + wiggle feature.
