iphone thinks it an ipod touch

i was using apollo on my phone while listening to music then it froze so i restarted it. once it booted back up all the icons were gone and when i used dock to go to settings it had only the ipod touch settings. and the carrier image says ipod. what happened?

.... Having the same problem, wtf is this? I'm using 1.1.1 FW - And it turns its-self into a damn ipod...

Only mine was caused by using customize, restarted, and its an ipod

yeah this happened to me too

There's a guide in the Modding in Windows forum about replacing the m86ap.plist file cuz customize isn't optimized for the 1.1.1 fw yet and deletes your display order, that's why it shows as a black home screen

I would post a link for it...but stupid iPhone won't cut and paste LOL (probably the stupidest idea ever)

The title of it is something like Did customize delete your homescreen and say iPod or something like that

yep thats the one...

i found that solution a little too late, since i restored the phone and redid the jailbreak, which it now seems to be working just fine...but if i read that thread right, customize right now doesnt let you rearrange the icons, but when customize craps out and you replace the m86ap.plist file, it suddenly is fixed and lets you rearrange them...
