music and videos missing

okay, so i was putting this cd on my ipod touch. It put the cd on and than my ipod screen went off (which it normally does). I didn't disconnect it from the computer but my ipod left itunes. When i went to the ipod icon (i had the music and video icons combined like the iphone) it was all empty, playlists, music, videos...everything. So i plug it back up to itunes and it now says i have 15.3 gigs in the orange "other" category but still 9 mb of photos. So only my music and videos are misplaced. How do i get it back without having to restore or anything else major??

You probably have to restore, not once, but maybe twice. This happened to me and two restores to 1.1.1 did the trick.

crap. Well i looked on apple support just now and they said that i'll just have to restore and it'll use the back up to recover everything back to normal. Which means i'll have to jb it again i think. Dang it, why isn't PWND out yet?!
