Question ABout PHP Runtime

I was going to start PHP coding for maybe some online applications for the iTouch and iPhone but I have a question. Does the PHP runtime come with SQL database like it does on a webserver?

I was possibly going to write applications using my (you know for when I am on the go, like the bus for example) and I could possibly use the browser on my iTouch to view the results.

This is a just a general question, all research & other things will be on my own part.

well you can install sqlite and apache but i don't know if there is a php module for apache on the iphone
