remove camera and slider compleltely

hi i i got jailbroken ios 5.1.1 and i got theme it has special slider i want that slider so how do i remove slider and camera !!!

You can remove it with Springtomize 2 for iOS 5.0.1+. It's available on the ModMyi repo.
