Certain Icons refuse to change for my theme. Why?

So I made a theme and it's been on cydia for about a week and I noticed that I used a duplicate icon so I decided to make some updates and add some icons as well as fix that problem. So I took off my fb icon and then decided I want an icon for cydia, loader, winterboard, **********, ifile and a new one for facebook. Loader changed fine, but none of the others will change now not even facebook. Why is this? Please help thanks in advanced.

Tfisch123,
You have to make sure you have the app name the same, same capital letters even i believe and the ".app" i think on some, not sure if this would be your problem?
