Thread: Packaging Boot Logos
04-24-2011, 01:02 PM #1Packaging Boot Logos
Lately, I've been creating lots of boot logos for use with Chronic Dev's animate tool. I wish to upload them to the MMI repository, but I don't know how to package the boot logos so they install to the boot logos directory (/library/bootlogos) once distributed via Cydia. I've already tested them on the iPod, and their already to go.
Thanks in advance,

So you have your main folder... inside the folder should be a folder named "BootLogos" and inside the BootLogos folder, should be another folder with your boot logo name like "ModMyi Logo" and in that folder is 1.png, 2.png, etc...

Hey guys. I followed some instructions to create a boot logo but have the same problem where I cant create the installer. If I zip the files and send them to MMI would they do that for me?
If not is there any chance I could E-mail one of you guys to package for me?
It's a logo for my company. I've already added the .png to the correct folders and created a context file
