help!!!!! cydia says i have no packages or sources

ive had a jailbroken ipod for a longgg time and just recently it started to not work cydia says i have no packages or soruces and it will not let me add any sources either its very frustrating!!!

well i origionally jailbroke my ipod with greenpois0n and i tried to re-jb and i went into cydia but nothing changed :/

when i try to add a source it does this sign about 3 times and then sits at "downloading packages"
