Ipod touch battery theme

Hi, im new here. im not sure if this is the help section or not but i have a problem. So i want to change my battery theme on my ipod. i have it in winterboard i checked it and loaded it and it still doesnt work! ): same goes for the keyboard. help ;/

for battery you have to make a map called: "Bundles" in your theme folder.
in the map make another one called: "com.apple.springboard"
in that map you have to paste the 17 pictures of your battery that you want.
And then you're done.

Were do you go in the first place to change your battery theme because I don't know anything about it and it sound interesting
