How can I change the Font Color?

I'm using the APPLE ELEMENT theme and arranging the icons, etc....

How can I change the font color in one of the folders? Or do I have to use iDesigner?

I dont know how to change font color using iDesigner.

Go to cydia and install font colors

Then put them on winterboard...
