Only back camera . Front camera of my ipod working in skype and ym.

Sounds like the camera is bad. I'm not sure how hard it is to replace, but this site will do it for $50.

Sir will you help me on how to locate my location since i change my wifi modem when i go to map says could nkt determine location .tnx

Is it the apple maps app or from the App Store?

Apple map then when i use my facebook accout when you check in couldnt fine location .

Go to settings> privacy> location services and make sure it is on for the apps you want it to work with. Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Sir can i ask something i update and restore my idevice to 6.1 and i jailbreak it to evasion when rebooting or hang up it crashed it turns to safe mode den when do nothing when the i night i sleep it is rebooting always and turns to safe mode again.thank you

That's a soft reset, a hard reset usually refers to factory settings, and it's done, in this case via Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset All Content and Settings
WARNING: Back-up your user data before doing a hard reset !!!

Hold down the power and home button until the apple logo shows up.

You can try to jailbreak with Evasi0n after hard reset, should work.
