Have you damaged your touch screen digitizer or LCD screen on your iPod Touch 4th Gen due to a drop or fall and are now attempting a screen repair? Are other internal components not functioning correctly? Or are you just curious to see what the internals of the iTouch 4G looks like? This take apart guide will walk you through the steps required to disassemble your iPod Touch 4th Gen and replace a damaged screen assembly.
We highly suggest if attempting this screen repair to use a full screen assembly, as the touch screen and LCD screen are fused together. Attempting to separate the screens is not suggested as further damage is likely.
Please let us know if you have any questions or recommendations for improving the guide.
Hope it helps.
