Help! pineapple logo and apple?

The title says it all, I was downloading H1 Siri on my ipod 4g on ios 5.0, I feel asleep while it was happening (idiotic thing of me) my screen was all blank. I tried turning it off but it would go right back to the apple logo. I boot tethered and it would stay on the pineapple logo for about 10 mins and go right back to the apple logo. Someone please help me get out of this horrible situation. Also, I'm using redsn0w 0.9.9b7. Help ASAP!

Nope, man no luck. Im starting to get worried, will it be like this forever? and when i connect my ipod in the computer, it doesnt say its connected.

Press and hold the home button and the sleep/wake button until you see the connect to iTunes logo or the apple logo. Also try entering DFU mode again. Also, try downloading recboot to force your device into/out of recovery mode. I'll get you a link

If you are able to get into recovery mode, then you should be able to restore. Btw, what is H1 Siri?

Thanks for your help anyways, i found the problem in another forum. H1 siri allows an ipod 4 or an iphone4 to have siri enabled. It didnt go so well for me because i had semi-tethered.

I'm stumped. I can't get it to restore. I tried everything from deleting H1siri files, ifun, tiny umbrella, changed host file, used ireb, sn0wbreeze, redsnow. I keep on getting authorization errors and 3024 errors. What am I missing? Many many thanks for any help!!!

This worked for me:Here is how to do it from start to finish.

1.Connect phone. (I make sure iTunes is closed before step 2)
2.Open iFaith v1.4 and choose to dump blobs, follow instructions to put in dfu / save them to a safe place
3. create custom ipsw and locate it wherever you want (you'll need it later). Follow any steps iFaith tells you to.
4. Put your device in pwnd DFU if you want to restore (it may ask you to put it in regular DFU when you select this issue).
5. Once in owned DFU open iTunes
6. Hold the shift key on keyboard and press restore on iTunes. A window should pop up if done correctly.
7. Choose custom ipsw you made with iFaith v1.4 and then it should restore for you.
