    I don't know how this could happen. iOS doesn't allow the user to delete stock applications.

    If you have MyOs installed , playing with the ON/Off switch unified iPod may get you back .

    IF U have sbsettings and press the more button it is possible to hide icons maybe she hid the icon

    check the restirctions in settings gerenal she may have disabled it
