Ipod touch 4g springboard problem

every time I l unlock my iphone it resprings and turns into safe mode. I got this problem after i downloaded vWallpaper, i deleted it but it didn"t help.
Can somebody help me find a solution.

umm theres an app on cydia that people use for problems like this i dont know what its called but i know it creates a log file of the trouble maker and u can then unistall the troublesome app. if not rejailbreak

When your in safe mode, use cydia to download Crash Reporter, it should tell you what is causing the crash then remove it.
