Ipod touch stuck in safe mode. possible iFile fix?
I just went into cydia to update everything. When it updated it put my ipod into safe mode. I have tried restarting and rebooting and nothing has worked. My ipod is not displaying cydia or winterboard. I do have iFile still present on my ipod. If there is a way to fix with iFile that would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried Touching the status bar and respringing?
Also try a hard reset ( hold homebutton plus lock button for a while)
If this doesn't work it's probable that your iPod crashed and went into safe mode while installing updates and that screwed up your iPod

I had my ipod to where I could store my apps on one page so I had more apps than the factory settings default ipod touch could have. I deleted apps and as I did that more started coming back. I now have cydia and winterboard back! Do you know of any way I could backtrack to figure out which update was the troublemaker?
